If you haven’t already met with a lender, I will get you connected to ensure your finances are in order and see what you can afford.
Having a pre-approval letter will show the seller that you’ve spoken to a lender and that you have the ability to purchase the home.
There is a home out there for you! You’ll receive a list of homes that match the criteria you provided and I will schedule the showings/tours.
Once you found the home that is right for you, we’ll work together to submit your competitive offer.
Congratulations! Your offer was accepted! Now is the time to work with the lender on submitting any additional paperwork, and work through the terms and conditions of the contract.
