Here’s How It Works

  • We’ll meet to discuss your timeline, goals, and expectations.

    You’ll also get to know me a bi t more to ensure I’m the right REALTOR® for you!

  • We’ll review the market and develop a competitive pricing strategy based on your home’s condition and sales of similar homes nearby.

    During this time, we will also discuss staging and marketing strategies.

  • Once your home hits the market, showings can be scheduled to allow potential buyers to view the home.

  • As offers come in, we will review the offers together. Many things will be taken into consideration during this time, not limited to: price, closing date, contingencies, and estimated net proceeds.

    Terms of the agreement will be negotiated as needed.

    Once a suitable agreement is reached, you will sign the purchase agreement documents to acknowledge acceptance of the terms.

  • During this time, the buyer will get a home inspection and appraisal.

    We’ll work with the title company and buyer’s agent to make sure all necessary paperwork and information is submitted for closing day to happen on time.

From consultation to closing day, my goal is to make the process as smooth as possible.
